We pride ourselves on our accessibility and the speed with which we can offer a convenient appointment.
Extended opening hours provide additional opportunities for lunchtime and early morning slots. However, the vast majority of our patients prefer to book their next check-up at least 3-6 months ahead. This means they can plan their appointments around work and family commitments.
School holidays are hugely popular and tend to get booked up quickly.

Cancellations
To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment.
Emergencies
If you are in pain during surgery hours, please call and we will make every effort to see you as soon as possible. For our registered patients we also offer out-of-hours emergency care through a rota with carefully selected local practices. If you have a severe dental problem that cannot wait until we are open, an emergency telephone number is available on the surgery answerphone.
